The Na Kūhiō ʻIke Corporation was organized exclusively to perform the activities for the benefit of, and which are an integral and essential part of the charitable activities of the non-profit corporation, Waimanalo Hawaiian Homes Association (WHHA), to include managing and operating WHHA’s charitable activities, owning or otherwise holding real and personal property used in WHHA’s charitable activities.  The Officers of the Corporation consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  The Officers and directors, elected by the WHHA membership, make up the board of directors.
